New Range Rover: Orders Open for Japan-Exclusive Limited Edition of 70 Units
Jaguar Land Rover Japan announced on October 29th that the "Range Rover Launch Edition," a special edition for Japan of the newly unveiled "Range Rover," will be available for a limited time from November 1st (Monday) to December 19th (Sunday), with only 70 units produced.

Inheriting a Design Passed Down Through Generations
The "Range Rover" established the luxury SUV category and has led the segment for 50 years with its comfort and all-terrain capability.
The fifth-generation "Range Rover" not only incorporates elements that define its proportions—such as the characteristic three lines (roof, waist, sill) passed down through generations, short overhangs, a distinct front end, an upright windshield, and a tapered rear resembling a boat tail—but also utilizes the latest technology. This includes flush glazing, subtle waist rail finishers, and seamless laser-welded roof joints, resulting in a smooth surface and innovative rear lamps that are invisible until illuminated.
The "Range Rover Launch Edition," conceived as a pre-sale model for Japan, is based on the "First Edition" featuring a 4.4-liter V8 twin-scroll turbo engine (maximum output 390kW/530ps, maximum torque 750Nm). It boasts enhanced luxury with features such as 23-inch alloy wheels (a first for Land Rover), 24-way electric front seats in perforated semi-aniline leather with heating, cooling, and hot stone massage functions, and rear executive class comfort-plus seats.
Two body types are available: short wheelbase (from ¥23,070,000 to ¥24,511,000) and long wheelbase (from ¥24,068,000 to ¥25,033,000). Four exterior colors can be chosen, including Sunset Gold (satin finish). The Sunset Gold and Charente Grey options feature Shadow exterior accents and black wheels, creating a distinctive and commanding style.
The order period runs until December 19th. If applications exceed the planned number of units, a lottery will be held.
