Oak and Walnut Native to Britain, Used in Mulsanne, Selected
Bentley marked its 100th anniversary in 2019 with the planting of 100 trees as an investment in a sustainable future.
Bentley commented, "Wood, a sustainable material, has been one of Bentley's key interior materials since the company's founding 100 years ago, and remains an important element of Bentley's unique craftsmanship."
The trees planted this time were native British species such as oak, walnut, and maple, reflecting the woods Bentley uses for its interiors, including the Mulsanne. Ten of the trees planted were fruit-bearing varieties, intended to create an orchard.
