Jaguar Land Rover Japan has introduced the "Eucalyptus Edition," a special edition of the Land Rover compact SUV "Range Rover Evoque," limited to 150 units and featuring innovative non-leather materials. Orders are now being accepted.

The "Eucalyptus Edition" special edition, reflecting this "Materiality" strategy, features interior seats made from a combination of two eco-friendly advanced materials: "Eucalyptus Mélange Textile & Ultrafabric PU Seat."
Eucalyptus Mélange Textile is a natural material derived from FSC-certified eucalyptus. It offers a soft texture, beautiful luster, and excellent moisture absorption and quick-drying properties. Eucalyptus is gaining attention as an environmentally friendly plant due to its rapid growth and low water requirements compared to other plants.
Ultrafabric is also known as an innovative polyurethane material that is environmentally conscious, offering a supple texture comparable to genuine leather, along with high breathability and antibacterial properties.
The base model is the "R-Dynamic S P250," equipped with a 2.0-liter inline 4-cylinder gasoline engine. Special exterior features include the Black Exterior Pack and 20-inch wheels, enhancing its sophisticated appearance. Other special equipment includes the Powered Gesture Tailgate and MERIDIAN Sound System.
Three body colors are available: Fuji White, Santorini Black, and Nolita Grey. Production is limited to 150 units, with 50 of each color. The price for Fuji White and Santorini Black is ¥7.69 million, and Nolita Grey is ¥7.78 million.
