Top Speed Limited to 280 km/h

This year marks the 20th anniversary of the Avant RS2, the first RS model unveiled in 1994. Named 'Nogaro' in honor of its victory at the Touring Car Championship held in Nogaro, France, the model was announced and released simultaneously at the Geneva Motor Show this March. TheRS4 Avant Nogarois now available in Japan.

The base model is the RS4 Avant, developed and produced by quattro GmbH, Audi's high-performance division. It is powered by a 4.2-liter V8 FSI engine delivering a maximum output of 331kW (450ps) and peak torque of 430Nm. The transmission is a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic (S tronic), complemented by Audi's proprietary quattro all-wheel-drive system, which variably distributes torque between the front and rear axles. The RS4 Avant Nogaro also features an elevated speed limiter set to 280 km/h.

The body color is Nogaro Blue, reminiscent of the Avant RS2. A Carbon Design package is included, with the Singleframe grille, radiator grille, and window frames finished in high-gloss black. The roof rails are matte black, and red brake calipers add a striking accent.

The interior features a predominantly black theme, with blue Alcantara accents on the seat cushions, backs, and door panels, creating a sporty ambiance. A dedicated shift lever and door sill plates are also included.

Only 17 units will be introduced to Japan. Both right-hand and left-hand drive configurations are available, with a price of 14.72 million yen including consumption tax.
