The "Fairlady Z Roadster" launched this time is a 2-seater open model that adopts an electrically retractable soft top, combining the high performance, dynamic design, and high value that customers can be satisfied with, of the "Fairlady Z."

Its features include a shorter wheelbase compared to the base "Fairlady Z" and significant weight reduction. With the acclaimed 3.7-liter "VQ37VHR" engine, known for its sharp response and high output, it's easy to imagine its extremely high driving performance. It has been crafted into one of the few models that balances the driving pleasure of a sports car with the enjoyment of an open-top car.

The exterior boasts not only a dynamic design in its open-top form but also an elegant, flowing side view achieved by extending the roofline and the character line that flows from the headlights to the waist. The dedicated 18-inch alloy wheels for the Roadster further emphasize its sportiness.

Trunk Capable of Stowing 9-inch Golf Bags

The interior features an inner trim on the soft top, creating a premium space despite the use of a canvas soft top. To enhance comfort with the top down, a front window molding and deflector are employed to reduce wind buffeting. For year-round open-air enjoyment, it also includes air-conditioned seats with an integrated system, combining genuine leather and net seat fabric.

The soft top's roof lock is now automated, allowing for easy opening and closing with a switch on the center console. The seatback space is shelf-like for easy storage, and the trunk can accommodate a 9-inch golf bag, making it highly practical for daily use.

The "Fairlady Z 40th Anniversary" special edition, also released simultaneously, is based on the top-grade "Version ST" (6MT/7AT) coupe. It features exclusive genuine leather seats, commemorative engraving on the seatbacks, exclusive alloy wheels, and a 40th-anniversary emblem on the rear, making it a fitting model to celebrate its 40th anniversary. This model will be available for a limited period of one year, so it's also worth noting.

Pricing for the "Fairlady Z Roadster" starts at ¥4,357,500, and for the "Fairlady Z 40th Anniversary," it starts at ¥4,483,500.
