Equipped with Quattro All-Wheel Drive and Sporty S Sport Suspension

The SQ2, a high-performance version combining a potent 2-liter inline-4 turbo engine with the Quattro all-wheel-drive system, has arrived in Japan for the Audi Q2, Audi's most compact SUV launched in 2017.
The engine produces a maximum output of 221kW (300ps) and a peak torque of 400Nm. This power is delivered to the road via the Quattro all-wheel-drive system and sporty S sport suspension. It accelerates from 0-100km/h in 4.8 seconds, with an electronically controlled limiter engaging at a top speed of 250km/h.
The suspension features MacPherson struts at the front and a multi-link setup at the rear to accommodate the Quattro system. Combined with the S sport suspension that enhances handling and progressive steering with a quicker gear ratio specifically for the SQ2, it offers dynamic performance.
The 7-speed S tronic transmission contributes to fuel efficiency by disengaging the clutch for coasting when the Audi drive select's efficiency mode is chosen. The Quattro system uses an electronically controlled multi-plate clutch as a center differential, providing precise torque distribution between the front and rear axles.
Inside, optional fine Nappa leather and an SQ2 interior design package with red accents are available.
The body is offered in eight colors, including Daytona Grey PE and Quantum Grey, colors exclusive to the SQ2 within the Q2 family. The price is 5.99 million yen.
