Equipped with Advanced Aerodynamics and High-Performance All-Wheel Drive Suspension
The Nissan "Concept 2020 Vision Gran Turismo" is a virtual sports car born as part of the "Vision Gran Turismo" project, celebrating the 15th anniversary of the game "Gran Turismo." It began as a study by young designers at Nissan Design Europe in London, with the theme of "freely designing a dream sports car."
From rough sketches to completion, the designers utilized the latest digital design tools throughout every process, creating a concept model infused with futuristic elements. This was followed by feedback from the technical team at the Nissan Technical Centre, resulting in an emotional body line underpinned by aerodynamic performance.
The machine, featuring a 2+2 seating configuration, is equipped with all-wheel drive and high-performance suspension. Its performance, brought as close to reality as possible, and its smooth styling touch create a vehicle that embodies Nissan's vision for the future of sports cars.
Nissan has not only kept it virtual but has also produced a 1/1 scale concept car, which will be displayed at the Nissan booth during the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2014, a celebration of sports cars. Furthermore, the "actual" Nissan Concept 2020 Vision Gran Turismo is scheduled to be available for download in "Gran Turismo 6" starting in July.
