At the press conference, Giuseppe Catteraneao, Managing Director of the company's Far East Area, who attended the event, commented, "We are very pleased to announce this new model equipped with our latest V8 engine. Japan has a long-standing culture of enjoying luxury cars and is the most important market in the Far East region. The California embodies a glamorous future, encompassing technology, power, and style."

Indeed, as he stated, the premiere in the Asian region was held ahead of China, where the Beijing Motor Show was taking place.



The Japan premiere was held at Happo-en in Shirokane, a venue renowned for its beautiful Japanese garden. Over 400 guests attended, and the event featured a California resort-style fashion show, creating a glamorous atmosphere. Against the backdrop of the lush greenery of the Japanese garden, the California T, in its new Blu California (blue) color, made its appearance, captivating the guests with its alluring engine sound.

With the introduction of the "California T," sales of the "California" have ended. Deliveries of the "California T" are scheduled to begin in the latter half of this year, with a price tag of 24.5 million yen in Japan. The company already has over a year's worth of back orders.
