Twelve Award-Winning Works from the 2nd Lexus Design Award Also on Display

Lexus has been engaged in activities unbound by the automobile, centered on the theme of "AMAZING IN MOTION."Lexus Design AwardandLexus Film Festivalit has fostered and supported emerging creators.

This year, atMilan Salone, Lexus has invited three designers. Naho Tamura, a freelance designer based in New York whose work spans furniture and lifestyle objects to concept models for the au design project and perfume packaging for Issey Miyake, and Fabio Novembre, an Italian designer known for his avant-garde approach, will present their creations.



Furthermore, the "Tangible Media Group," led by Professor Hiroshi Ishii, Associate Director of the MIT Media Lab, who has long researched interfaces that seamlessly connect people, digital information, and the physical environment, will also present their work.

At the venue, in addition to these three "AMAZING IN MOTION" works, two pieces from the 2nd "Lexus Design Award" – "Iris" and "Macian" – will be exhibited as prototypes.
