Jeep's most compact model,Compasswelcomes the new entry-grade model, the Altitude Sport. Consequently, the previous entry-grade model, the Compass Sport 4x2 6AT, has been removed from the lineup.


With this restructuring of the model lineup, the Compass will now be available in two grades: the Altitude Sport and the Limited, a four-wheel-drive, higher-grade model equipped with a 2.4-liter engine.

The Compass Altitude Sport, introduced in February, is a front-wheel-drive model with a body measuring 4,475mm in length, 1,810mm in width, and 1,665mm in height, combining a 2-liter inline four-cylinder engine with a CVT transmission.


The most significant difference compared to the outgoing model, the Compass Sport 4x2 6AT, is the change in transmission from the previous 6-speed automatic to a CVT. The fuel economy in JC08 mode remains virtually unchanged at 10.5 km/ℓ.

Additionally, the Compass Altitude Sport is equipped with features such as black roof rails and black 17-inch wheels.


The price is 2,764,650 yen, including 5% consumption tax. Furthermore, the higher-grade Compass Limited has also seen its price revised in line with currency fluctuations. The price, including 5% consumption tax, starts at 3,276,000 yen.
