A More Sporty Special Edition for the 3 Series
On the 19th, BMW announced the introduction of a limited run of 320 units of the "Exclusive Sport," a special edition based on the M Sport, for its premium compact 3 Series sedan and touring models.3 SeriesSales are scheduled to begin in late January 2014.

Limited to 320 Units, Matching the 320 Model
BMWAmong the 3 Series, which is central to BMW's lineup, is the "320 model," the most basic variant. This special edition, limited to 320 units, is named after the "320 model" which delivers 184ps by combining a 2-liter engine with an 8-speed sports automatic transmission, available for both gasoline and diesel engines. The lineup includes six models: the rear-wheel-drive "320i" in gasoline engines, the 4WD "320i xDrive" and the diesel engine "320d", all available as both sedan and touring.
The "Exclusive Sport" special edition builds upon the "M Sport" model, which features sporty dedicated equipment developed by M, and adds driver assistance systems to enhance safety, along with exclusive features that offer both sportiness and a premium feel.
The exterior comes standard with 19-inch M light alloy wheels, a popular option for M Sport models.
Furthermore, special features such as satin aluminum finish window frame moldings contribute to a styling that blends dynamism and elegance.
The interior is said to offer a refined space, combining Saddle Brown Dakota leather seats with wood trim.
Driver assistance systems include standard features such as "Active Cruise Control," which can automatically control speed while maintaining distance to the vehicle ahead, and "BMW Head-Up Display," which projects information like speed and navigation onto the windshield, enhancing convenience and safety.
The body is available in two colors: Alpine White and Black Sapphire. Despite the extensive equipment, the price increase over the respective M Sport models is kept to a modest 460,000 yen for the sedan and 470,000 yen for the touring.
