620 hp, 73.4 kgm Torque

This new Elite is a supercar featuring a 2+2 seating configuration and an electric retractable roof. Its dimensions are 4,600mm in length, 1,900mm in width, and 1,320mm in height, with a curb weight of 1,650kg.
Designed with a modern classic concept, the body is both simple and flowing. This model, a fusion of the latest technology, has been developed with an eye toward the next era of sports cars, truly symbolizing a new generation for Lotus vehicles.

The powertrain, mounted in a front-midship configuration, comes in two types: gasoline and hybrid. The gasoline engine is expected to be a 5-liter V8 unit supplied by Toyota Motor Corporation, delivering a maximum output of 620 hp and peak torque of 73.4 kgm. It boasts a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 3.5 to 3.7 seconds and a top speed of 315 km/h, offering performance befitting its engine specifications. Furthermore, environmental performance is pursued by offering KERS (Kinetic Energy Recovery System), also used in F1, as an option for this engine. CO2 emissions are kept to a relatively low 215g/km.

Development testing for the new Elite will continue, with a planned release in the spring of 2014. The price in the UK is anticipated to be around £115,000 (approximately ¥15.3 million).
