Market Launch in Germany Imminent

The 4.0-liter V8 engine delivers a maximum output of 412 kW (560 ps) and a peak torque of 700 Nm, achieving a fuel economy of 9.8 ℓ/100km and 0-100 km/h acceleration in 3.9 seconds.

The Audi RS 7 Sportback, the fastest five-door coupe from Audi, has a top speed normally limited to 250 km/h, which can be increased to 280 km/h with the Dynamic package or 305 km/h with the Dynamic package Plus.

With deliveries set to begin in Germany this autumn, the market launch is fast approaching, and it seems new pricing and images have now been added.

The price starts at 113,000 Euros (approximately 14.75 million Yen).

Additionally, Audi has released a video showcasing the optional "Dynamic Ride Control" for the RS7.

This Dynamic Ride Control system uses metal springs and hydraulic dampers instead of conventional air suspension to maintain a flat body posture. Its mechanical control offers quick response and a compact, lightweight design.

As explained in the video, the hydraulic fluid in the dampers of all four wheels is linked diagonally and centrally managed by a single valve. During high-speed cornering, hydraulic pressure is increased in the outer shock absorbers to stiffen the suspension and suppress body roll. When stationary, the front is firmed up to prevent nose-diving.

The simple mechanism, which relies less on electronic control, is perhaps characteristic of Audi.
