Campaign Launched in 5 Countries

The campaign for the sport-oriented diesel model, the Volkswagen " Golf GTD", which is part of the European lineup, has begun. To coincide with this, five commercials have been produced, which we introduce here.

The GTD, equipped with the most powerful diesel engine in the Golf lineup, produces a maximum torque of 380 Nm (1,750-3,250 rpm) and achieves 0-100 km/h in 7.9 seconds. Each of the campaign commercials focuses on the GTD's immense acceleration.

Metabolism Edition

Two men enjoy the GTD's overwhelming acceleration. But when they slow down and the car stops...?

Bubble Gum Edition

A man chews gum in the passenger seat. When the driver floors the accelerator...

Pregnant Woman Edition

A pregnant woman, picked up by the car, gets in. As the GTD accelerates, what happens is...?

Pizza Edition

The shocking truth revealed to a family waiting for dinner.

These commercials were produced by DDB Berlin and DDB Canada, who have also worked on commercials for Volkswagen Group models such as the Polo and Beetle.

Incidentally, this GTD campaign is exclusive to Europe and is being rolled out in five countries: Germany, Norway, Sweden, Spain, and France.
