AI Algorithm Sets the Environment According to the Driver's Preferences

Jaguar's most compact car, theE-PACE, celebrates its first anniversary since its debut with its first special edition model.

The "E-PACE Connected," which comes standard with connectivity features, is equipped with an artificial intelligence (AI) algorithm that identifies the driver via the remote key and Bluetooth on their smartphone. It features "Smart Settings" that automatically adjust temperature and infotainment according to the driver's preferences.

Furthermore, features that enhance convenience and comfort, such as a 4G "Wi-Fi Hotspot" for seamless internet connectivity and "Navigation Pro" which displays high-definition 2D/3D maps to assist with comfortable journeys, have been added. In addition, safety features include driver assistance systems such as Blind Spot Assist and Adaptive Cruise Control.



Two engine options are available: a 2.0-liter inline 4-cylinder gasoline engine producing a maximum output of 147kW (200ps) and a maximum torque of 320Nm, and a 2.0-liter inline 4-cylinder diesel engine producing a maximum output of 132kW (180ps) and a maximum torque of 430Nm. Six body colors can be selected, including Fuji White, Narvik Black, and Indus Silver.

A total of 100 units are available. The price for the gasoline model (Fuji White) is 4.69 million yen. The diesel models in Fuji White and Narvik Black are 4.77 million yen, while Indus Silver, Borasco Grey, Cesium Blue, and Firenze Red are 4.86 million yen.
