A Chic Palette Inspired by Castelbajac

The "C3 JCC+", a limited edition of 100 units, is born from a collaboration that began with the "E-Mehari × Jean-Charles de Castelbajac" EV concept model, unveiled last May. This concept paid homage to the "Médéric", a popular Citroën compact open-top car from the 1960s.

Founded in 1978 by French designer Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, born in 1949, the "Jean-Charles de Castelbajac" brand is known for its fusion of art and fashion. It gained recognition for creating costumes for artists like Rod Stewart and Elton John, and for its pop, graphical illustrations and vibrant color palettes.

The "C3 JCC+" stands out with its colorful design. The black exterior is accented with red on the roof, blue on the front fog lamp bezels, and yellow on the mirrors. Inside, the chic combination of red, blue, and yellow is featured throughout. The brand's logo adorns the rear gate and vanity mirror, while a special plate with a serial number is placed at the base of the shift lever.

The 1.2-liter inline three-cylinder turbo engine produces a maximum output of 81 kW (110 hp) and a peak torque of 205 Nm, driving the front wheels through a 6-speed automatic transmission.

With a limited production of 100 units, the price is set at 2.58 million yen.
