Campaign for A1 at Football Matches
Audi Japan has been a supporting company of the Japan national football team since 2011. They also lent 22 "Audi A1" vehicles when the Nadeshiko Japan team won, and supported recovery efforts through the release of a limited edition model inspired by the Japan national football team, the "Audi A1 SAMURAI BLUE Limited Edition".
Shinji Kagawa has been appointed as the "Brand Ambassador" for Audi Japan, embodying the Audi brand concept of "Sporty." He follows coach Zaccheroni, professional golfer Ryo Ishikawa, andMomoko Ueda, marking the fourth sports industry ambassador appointment this year.
Furthermore, speaking of football and Audi, Audi Japan is currently running a campaign offering a one-year free lease of the "Audi A1." Unlike typical campaigns, this one involves distributing campaign tickets at football match venues, with the winner announced during halftime.
The models available for lease to the winner are the "Audi A1 1.4 TFSI" or the "Audi A1 Sportback 1.4 TFSI". The eligible matches are as follows:
Thursday, May 30, 2013 - Toyota Stadium, Aichi - Kirin Challenge Cup 2013
Wednesday, August 14, 2013 - Miyagi Stadium, Miyagi - Kirin Challenge Cup 2013
