The French-Style SUV

The "Kadjar" has finally gone on sale.

The body size is C-segment, measuring 4,455mm in length, 1,835mm in width, and 1,610mm in height. It is slightly larger than Renault's compact SUV, the "Captur".

The design also inherits the essence of the Captur, resulting in a French-style SUV.

Large 19-inch wheels are fitted to emphasize its powerful stance. The SUV's character is further highlighted by the wheel arch cladding and body protectors that surround the lower body.

The interior features premium equipment such as electric leather seats with front seat heaters and a Nappa leather steering wheel and shift knob.

The infotainment system is equipped with "Renault R-Link2." Navigation and vehicle settings can be controlled via the 7-inch multifunction touchscreen on the center console, which also supports "Mirroring" to display and operate smartphone screens. Additionally, it includes "Air Quality Control," which indicates external air pollution levels in three stages and automatically switches to recirculation mode when the air is dirty.

Safety features include standard Emergency Brake Support (Active Brake) and Lane Departure Warning.

The engine is a 1.2-liter 4-cylinder turbo, producing a maximum output of 96kW (131ps) and a maximum torque of 205Nm (20.9kgm). It drives the front wheels through a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.

The grade is set as Intense only. Four body colors are available, including Rouge Flamme M and Bleu Cosmos M. The price is 3,470,000 yen.
