550PS Maximum Output: The Fusion of Sports Car Performance and SUV Versatility
"SVR" is a designation reserved for the highest-grade models from Jaguar and Land Rover. It has been announced that the top-tier grade, tuned by Special Vehicle Operations (SVO), will debut in Jaguar's first-ever SUV, theF-PACEF-PACE.
The powertrain features a 5.0-liter V8 supercharged gasoline engine producing a maximum output of 550PS and peak torque of 680Nm. With a top speed of 283 km/h and 0-100 km/h acceleration in 4.3 seconds, it is the fastest and most powerful model in the F-PACE's history.
Contributing to this performance are the latest technologies, including the rear Electronic Active Differential (EAD), adopted for the first time in the F-PACE. The torque-on-demand all-wheel-drive system's control technology is optimized to maximize the benefits of the EAD, while the suspension and software have also undergone SVR-exclusive tuning.
The exterior, with its lowered profile and muscular styling, also features SVR-specific enhancements, including enlarged front air intakes and side fender vents. The vehicle is fitted with either 21-inch or 22-inch lightweight alloy wheels.
The rear adopts a dedicated bumper with a variable active exhaust system, which is 6.6 kilograms lighter. Side strakes are attached to the bumper, serving to manage airflow from the rear and complement the aerodynamic performance.
Meanwhile, the interior offers four theme colors, including sporty red and a luxurious light oyster.
Slimline sports seats with enhanced lateral support have been incorporated, and the SVR-specification steering wheel is equipped with aluminum paddle shifters.
The infotainment system is equipped with "Touch Pro," featuring a 10-inch touchscreen and a 12.3-inch HD instrument cluster. It can also connect up to eight devices to a 4G Wi-Fi network.
While the release date in Japan has not yet been announced, it is a model eagerly anticipated to arrive.
