Exterior and Interior Emphasizing Sporty Character
Audi's mid-size SUV "Q5" was facelifted on October 2. Based on the originality of the first generation, which was announced in 2008 and sold 1.6 million units worldwide, it has been further refined with the latest technology, debuting as an all-round premium SUV that achieves high standards in all aspects, including design, utility, driving performance, comfort, sustainability, advanced features, and quality.
The newly established "2.0 TFSI quattro sport" is a sporty model with sports bumpers added to the exterior, sports seats and aluminum-look decorative panels added to the interior, and the suspension firmed up with sports suspension and 8J x 18-inch star-design aluminum wheels. Furthermore, models equipped with "Audi active lane assist (ALA)," including the "Traffic Jam Assist" function for following in traffic jams, are scheduled for delivery starting in December, further enhancing safety.
There are no changes to the body size of 4,680mm in length, 1,900mm in width, and 1,665mm in height (1,640mm for air suspension specifications), or the output of 185kW (252ps) / 5,000-6,000rpm and maximum torque of 370Nm / 1,600-4,500rpm. The price for models with ALA will be 6.91 million yen.
