A Special LaFerrari for Children Heads to Auction
To commemorate its 70th anniversary, Ferrari announced it will auction a special edition of its open-top hybrid supercar, the LaFerrari Aperta, to support the international NGO Save the Children.

Metallic Red Body with Double Racing Stripes
This year marks Ferrari's 70th anniversary. Announced last year to celebrate its anniversary year was the hybrid supercar,LaFerrari 's open-top model, theLaFerrari Aperta.
This LaFerrari Aperta, with its special design, will be offered at an auction held by RM Sotheby's on Saturday, September 9th, at the Fiorano Circuit in Italy.
The car prepared by Ferrari for the auction is painted entirely in "Rosso Fuoco," a metallic red that symbolizes Ferrari. The bonnet and rear feature double racing stripes in metallic "Bianco Italia."
The interior boasts a striking finish with black Alcantara and shiny black carbon fiber. Additionally, red leather inserts are used on the seats, with red stitching providing an accent.
The auction, exclusively for invited guests, will span three days and also feature other classic Ferrari models. All proceeds will be donated to Save the Children and will be used for international programs focused on education.
