The "Nocturne Blue" Adopted Inside and Out

The Twingo, which landed in Japan last July, is approaching its first anniversary. It shares its platform with the SmartForfour" and is still fresh in our memory for being the first to adopt an RR layout. Now, a limited edition model has arrived, cloaked in "Blue Nocturne," a color reminiscent of the Parisian summer twilight.

The base model is the "Intense," equipped with a 0.9-liter 3-cylinder turbo engine that produces a maximum output of 66 kW (90 hp) and a maximum torque of 135 Nm (13.8 kgm), paired with a 6-speed dual-clutch transmission.

The purplish-blue "Blue Nocturne" is used not only for the body color but also for the interior trim. Furthermore, it features combination seats with a leather-like and fabric finish, while the exterior is enhanced with larger 16-inch alloy wheels, exclusive side stripes, and brilliant black door mirrors.

Only 100 units will be sold. The price is 1.99 million yen, an increase of 100,000 yen from the base model.
