LED Headlights and Safety Features Included as Standard

Previously, we have offered gasoline engines, plug-in hybrids, andClean Dieseland other variants. The current "3 Series" now introduces the "318i," its first 3-cylinder model. The powertrain features BMW's new-generation modular 1.5-liter inline 3-cylinder TwinPower Turbo engine.

The engine specifications deliver a maximum output of 100 kW (136 ps) and a peak torque of 220 Nm (22.4 kgm). It is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission, and the 318i Sedan achieves an JC08 mode fuel economy of 17.2 km/ℓ.

In terms of equipment, features such as "LED headlights" to enhance visibility in darkness and adverse weather, and front and rear "LED fog lamps" are standard.

Furthermore, for both the Sedan and Touring models, all 318i variants except the SE are equipped as standard with safety features including "Collision Mitigation Braking System" with pedestrian detection, "Lane Departure Warning," and "Lane Change Warning."

BMW 318i Touring

The model lineup for both the Sedan and Touring includes the most affordable "318i SE," as well as the basic "318i," "318i Sport," "318i Luxury," and "318i M Sport" four-model series. Prices range from 4.09 million yen to 4.89 million yen for the Sedan, and 4.31 million yen to 5.11 million yen for the Touring.
