A Special 7 Series: Only 100 Worldwide, Just 3 in Japan


On the 20th, BMW announced that it would also sell the special limited edition "750Li Centenary Edition" of its flagship saloon, the "7 Series," in Japan. This is a special model limited to 100 units worldwide, with three units to be introduced in Japan. If there are many applicants, a lottery will be held to decide the purchasers.

BMW, celebrating its 100th anniversary, proudly presents its flagship model,7 Seriesa special limited edition of the "Centenary Edition." The base model is the750Liwhich went on sale in Japan last October.the sixth-generation 7 Seriesspecifically, the long-wheelbase version of the 750Li, equipped with a 4.4-liter V8 twin-turbo engine producing a maximum output of 450 hp and a maximum torque of 650 Nm.


Its most distinctive feature is the body color. Utilizing the "BMW Individual Body Color Program," known for its color-shifting properties, it is exclusively equipped with "Centennial Blue," a deep blue that emanates a radiant glow. Combined with 20-inch Individual alloy wheels featuring an impressive silver and ferric grey bi-color finish, it exudes an elegant aura befitting the commemoration of 100 years of history.

The interior features Smoke White Merino leather, the highest quality cowhide from the "Individual Program," meticulously finished by hand. Furthermore, a matching Alcantara roof lining emphasizes the luxurious ambiance, creating an interior of exquisite refinement through advanced craftsmanship.


Additionally, the interior trim on the center console bears a special "1 OF 100" logo, signifying its status as one of only 100 limited units worldwide, underscoring its position as the most exclusive 7 Series.


Other luxurious features include the "Sky Lounge Panorama Glass Roof," which projects a "starry sky" in six colors onto the sunroof's glass surface at night, and standard massage functions for all seats.


The deadline for purchase applications in Japan is around the end of October. The price is 21.46 million yen.
