A Payment Method Divided into Basic and Mileage Fees, Like Mobile Phone Plans

The "MINI Crossover," the largest in the MINI series and its only 5-door model, is now available through "MINI SMILE," an import car lease plan that allows usage for a fixed monthly fee plus a mileage charge of 50 yen per kilometer.

This lease plan is available for all "MINI Crossover" models with a contract period of two years. The fixed monthly fee includes automobile tax, weight tax, and compulsory automobile liability insurance.


Customers can choose between the "Base Plan" and the "Smart Plan." For the Base Plan of the entry-grade "MINI ONE Crossover," the monthly fixed fee is 32,100 yen, with an additional 120,000 yen payable in bonus months. The mileage charge (50 yen/km) is settled upon vehicle return after two years.

The Smart Plan includes 10,000 kilometers of driving in the monthly fixed fee of 38,900 yen, with any excess mileage charged at 50 yen/km at the end of the contract. Bonus month payments are the same as the Base Plan at 120,000 yen. If you anticipate driving more than 3,000 kilometers over the two-year period, the Smart Plan is more economical than the Base Plan.
