Equipped with a TFSI engine boasting 605ps

Audi's flagship sedan, theA8"A8," equipped with high power and the quattro all-wheel-drive system, is the "S8." Further engineered from the S8, the top performance sedan, theS8 plus" has arrived.

The powertrain combines a 4-liter TFSI engine with an 8-speed automatic transmission. Engine output is 605ps, an increase of 85ps compared to the S8. Torque is also up by 50Nm to 700Nm. Furthermore, using the "overboost mode," available for short periods, maximum torque increases to 750Nm, enabling acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds and a top speed of 305 km/h. Meanwhile, features such as cylinder deactivation and a start-stop system help to reduce fuel consumption, balancing environmental performance.

Additionally, Audi's quattro all-wheel-drive system is paired with a rear sport differential, and the adaptive air suspension sport is standard, achieving a comfortable ride and superior handling performance befitting a flagship sedan.

The exterior emphasizes a sportier atmosphere compared to the A8. It features a black-based single-frame grille, front and rear bumpers with carbon accents, and body-colored mirrors and rear spoiler. The window trim is finished in black, and the rear lights are smoked. It also includes a sport exhaust system and wave-design ceramic brake discs with high heat dissipation.

As a flagship model, safety equipment is also comprehensive. Audi pre sense plus is standard, along with an automatic braking function (Audi brake guard), Audi side assist/Audi active lane assist, and adaptive cruise control.

The steering wheel position can be selected from right-hand drive or left-hand drive. The price is 20.08 million yen.
