Sharper Acceleration Than the Sedan
At the Frankfurt Motor Show in September, Mercedes-AMG will hold the world premiere of the C 63 Coupe, based on the newly announced C-Class Coupe.
The C 63 Coupe is equipped with the sameMercedes-AMG C 63 Sedan and C 63 Station Wagon4.0-liter V8 twin-turbo engine that also powers theMercedes-AMG GTearlier models. The C 63 boasts a maximum output of 350kW (476ps) at 5,500-6,250rpm and peak torque of 650Nm at 1,750-4,500rpm. The higher-performance C 63 S variant delivers 375kW (510ps) at 5,500-6,250rpm and 700Nm of torque at 1,750-4,500rpm.
This powerful engine is paired with the AMG Speedshift MCT 7-speed sports transmission, which offers improved shift speeds compared to the previous generationprevious "C 63 AMG Coupe".
The C 63 Coupe accelerates from 0-100km/h in 4.0 seconds, while the C 63 S Coupe achieves it in 3.9 seconds – 0.1 seconds faster than their sedan and wagon counterparts. The top speed is electronically limited to 250km/h for both, but can be increased to 290km/h with the optional AMG Driver's Package.

Coupe-Specific Suspension
The suspension, featuring a front four-link and rear multi-link setup, has been redesigned specifically for the coupe. Additionally, the C 63 Coupe comes standard with a mechanical limited-slip differential (LSD) at the rear, while the C 63 S Coupe features an electronically controlled LSD. Combined with the dedicated suspension, these systems promise excellent road holding and handling performance.
Visually, it shares AMG's signature twin-blade front grille and the "A-wing" trapezoidal front spoiler. At the rear, dual exhaust tailpipes and a diffuser are present. The wider track – 64mm wider at the front and 66mm at the rear – is covered by flared fenders, and large diameter wheels emphasize its sporty stance.
The C 63 is fitted with 10-spoke lightweight alloy wheels wearing front 255/40R18 and rear 285/35R18 tires. The C 63 S upgrades to 5 twin-spoke lightweight alloy wheels with front 255/35R19 and rear 285/30R19 tires.
The new Mercedes-AMG C 63 Coupe and C 63 S Coupe will have their world premiere at the Frankfurt Motor Show, with deliveries scheduled to begin next March.
