Reborn with Audi's Latest Face

Following the recently facelifted A5 series, its most powerful model, the RS5, has also received a facelift. The engine remains unchanged: a 4.2-liter V8 hand-built by skilled craftsmen. Output is also the same at 330kW (450ps). The wet-type 7-speed S tronic is also the same.

For the exterior, those familiar with Audi will notice the difference at a glance. It features the latest Audi single-frame grille, with changes to the bumper and headlight shapes. The rear also sports a new bumper and combination lamps. The mufflers have also been modified, reportedly for a sportier sound tuning.

Inside, the steering wheel has been updated. It's a new design, a flat-bottomed leather steering wheel, and the shift lever shape has also been changed.

Although it has only been on the market for just over a year, considering how potent the 4-liter V8 unit set to be installed in the S6, S7, and S8 is, one might wonder if a significant change for the RS is on the horizon.
