A Special Creation with a Newly Designed Body and Unique Color

The Ferrari Super America 45 is a one-off model created to commemorate the 45th anniversary of Peter Kalikow, a New York-based real estate magnate and renowned Ferrari collector, owning his first Ferrari. It was publicly revealed on May 20th at the Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este held on the shores of Lake Como, Italy.

The Ferrari Super America 45, a completely custom-built model based on the 599 roadster model, the SA Aperta, features a rotating hardtop made of carbon fiber, with the trunk for stowing the roof when open also constructed from carbon fiber. This is its most distinctive feature, designed to reduce air resistance and increase rear downforce.

Additionally, the chrome-finished front grille, gloss-finished aluminum A-pillars, side mirrors, and door handles were also specially crafted for this car.

The exterior boasts a sculpted, monolithic design. The side view is sharpened by the double air vents on the front wing.

Furthermore, the striking body color, 'Blu Antille,' is a special hue chosen to match Kalikow's most cherished car in his collection: a 1961 400 Super America Cabriolet (chassis number 2331SA). The wheels also feature a unified look, with parts of the spokes finished in a contrasting diamond cut, based on the body color.

Body parts made of carbon fiber, such as the roof, front air splitter, side skirts, and rear diffuser, are finished in a dark blue that accentuates the body color. The cockpit's dash trim and driver zone also utilize the same dark blue.

The meticulously personalized interior exudes a rich sense of luxury, featuring carefully selected Cuoio leather trim. Moreover, this special vehicle is equipped with the latest touchscreen infotainment system.
