The "Evoque," which has evolved further with a minor change including the adoption of a 9-speed automatic transmission for the first time in a passenger car, now sees a limited edition model based on the 2014 model year, coinciding with its upcoming second anniversary since its launch in Japan.

The base model is the "Dynamic," the top-tier grade that pursues sporty driving and was exclusively offered as a coupe in Japan. It is equipped with a 2-liter inline 4-cylinder turbocharged engine, delivering a maximum output of 177kW (240ps) at 5,500rpm and a maximum torque of 340Nm (34.7kgm) at 1,750rpm.

The styling, which highlights the beauty of its body lines, is offered in three stimulating yet chic combinations of body color and roof color: Fuji White x Santorini Black, Orkney Grey x Santorini Black, and Santorini Black x Fuji White. Additionally, special equipment includes a panoramic glass roof that creates an airy interior, a steering wheel heater useful in cold weather, and a power tailgate for convenient trunk door operation, adding highly practical features.

Limited to 180 units, the price is 6.8 million yen. Pre-orders have already commenced.
