The "Matte Shiny Eye Pencil," which combines a matte crayon liner with a shiny eyeshadow, is a limited-edition eye pencil that effortlessly creates a beautiful contrast of color and light. Draw a crisp line with the thick liner, then lightly layer the powder eyeshadow containing pure silver with the wide applicator tip to complete a look with depth and beautifully defined eyes. The limited-edition "Matte Shiny Cheeks," shaped like a heart, is also a remarkable item. The heart offers a soft color payoff with a matte finish, while the surrounding area adds transparency with a shiny texture. Blending the two colors creates natural shading.
