Inaniwa Kizaemon Inaniwa Dry Udon
The Inaniwa family, known as the head family of "Inaniwa Udon," was founded in 1665 as the official udon maker for Lord Satake. For over 330 years, the name Inaniwa Kizaemon has been passed down through 16 generations, meticulously preserving the handmade methods and taste through "isshi sōden" (secret transmission from master to disciple). As it is not mass-produced, the output is very small, leading it to be called "phantom Inaniwa udon."





“I’ve tried many kinds of umeboshi, but I always come back to this one. In the summer, I make a dressing with these umeboshi, honey, soy sauce, and vinegar, and I can eat it endlessly. It’s a must-have in my refrigerator!”

Kishu Nanko Ume Umeboshi Inaka-zuke
For over a century since its founding in 1897, this traditional Inaka-zuke has been loved across generations for 40 years since its release, maintaining its time-honored techniques and unique methods. The rich aroma of plum, the gentle texture, and the overall balance perfectly match the delicate palate of Japanese people. Made with soft, large-fleshed Kishu Nanko plums, pickled with a light saltiness, it offers an exquisite balance of the mellow umami of kelp and bonito, and the sourness of the plums.

This pasta is made from 100% high-quality durum wheat semolina, using only organic wheat that is slowly stone-ground to preserve its robust flavor, rustic aroma, and nutritional value.
