<br>The F430 is a sporty Ferrari with a V8 engine mounted behind the cabin. It is the successor to the 360 Modena, but its design has been almost entirely renewed.
<br>The flowing design, characteristic of Ferrari, is a collaboration with Pininfarina. The two large air intakes in the front skirt signify the F430's high performance.
<br>The F430's body is constructed from an aluminum space frame and aluminum body panels, achieving both high rigidity and light weight.
<br>The 4.3-liter, 90-degree V8 engine is an advanced power unit newly developed for the F430. It boasts a maximum output of 490 ps and a maximum torque of 465 Nm, with the flexibility to deliver 80% of its maximum torque at 3500 rpm.
<br>In addition to the conventional manual transmission, the F430 offers an optional F1-type gearbox that allows shifting via paddles on the steering wheel.
<br>The steering wheel is equipped with the "Manettino," which allows for various vehicle setting adjustments.
