<br>The 911 GT2 boasts the most powerful engine in the 911 series. Large air intakes at the front and along the body sides strongly distinguish it from standard models.
<br>Unlike other 911s, the 911 GT2 features a fixed rear wing. The engine compartment houses a 3.6-liter twin-turbo flat-six engine.
<br>While the 911 Turbo employs full-time four-wheel drive, the 911 GT2 deliberately opts for rear-wheel drive to reduce weight. With a 0-100 km/h acceleration of just 3.7 seconds and a top speed of 329 km/h, it is the fastest 911 in history.
<br>The 911 GT2's turbo engine utilizes a new concept called an "expansion intake manifold." This innovative system lowers the charge air temperature by feeding it into the engine in an expanded state, thereby increasing combustion efficiency.
<br>A large rear wing befitting a GT model of the 911. At high speeds, it generates significant downforce on the rear axle.
<br>Air intakes for introducing outside air into the engine compartment are positioned at both ends of the rear wing.
<br>The 911 GT2 is the first production Porsche to feature titanium silencers and tailpipes, achieving approximately a 50% weight reduction.
<br>The PCCB (Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake), which delivers high braking performance, is standard equipment. It also contributes to reducing unsprung weight.
<br>The 3-spoke sports steering wheel features an Alcantara-trimmed rim. The transmission is exclusively a 6-speed manual.
