For workplace equality, gender parity, and ultimately, a better work-life balance.

With the introduction of "Baby Care Paid Leave," Kering now allows all employees to take 14 weeks of leave for maternity, paternity, or adoption. In all cases, 100 percent of wages are guaranteed. This initiative aims to ensure workplace equality and gender parity, fostering a better work-life balance.
Béatrice Lazat, Kering's Chief People Officer, stated, "We are committed to diversity and equality among our employees, and this baby care leave policy represents a new and significant step forward in terms of fairness." She added, "The ability for fathers and partners to utilize the policy equally not only grants everyone the same right to spend the same amount of time at home caring for their child but also supports women's careers by enabling equal long-term leave for both parents, thus promoting gender equality."
Kering has previously implemented initiatives such as the UN's standards for supporting companies that reject discrimination against sexual minorities (LGBTI). Moving forward, the company has set a goal to achieve gender equality at all levels within the group by 2025, ultimately aiming to eliminate the gender pay gap.
