A collaboration model expressing the world of the Honda NSX, from the Revolution Line, the high-end collection of the world's first GPS solar watch, Seiko Astron, will be available in a limited edition of 200 pieces starting Saturday, September 7, 2019.

Seiko Astron is a brand of GPS solar watches born in 2012, inheriting the name of the quartz watch Quartz Astron, which Seiko pioneered in 1969. In '18, they released the "5X Series," equipped with a newly developed movement boasting the highest performance in Astron's history, featuring downsizing, high-speed time zone correction, and time transfer functions. In March '19, they announced the "Revolution Line," a high-end collection with innovative composite cases utilizing cutting-edge metal processing technology, for this 5X series. The pursuit of high precision and continuous evolution continues.

And now, a special limited model has arrived in this "Revolution Line," expressing the world of the supercar "Honda NSX," which expands the joy of driving to unprecedented realms. The "Thermal Orange," recreating the new color of the NSX 2019 model, is used for the dial, bezel, and interchangeable crocodile strap against a jet-black case, expressing the sportiness of the NSX. The case is designed with the innovative NSX body form that exhibits excellent aerodynamic performance, evoking the 2019 model that further promotes a wide and low stance. The case is also treated with Seiko's proprietary "Super Black Dia Shield" surface hardening technology, emitting a jet-black luster.

The dial features a three-dimensional pattern mimicking the NSX's honeycomb front grille, with Arabic numerals for the 12 o'clock hour marker inspired by the instrument panel. The crown also adopts a design inspired by the NSX's "Integrated Dynamics System," which switches driving stages according to the scene. Furthermore, the case back features a three-dimensional design inspired by a special forged aluminum wheel with a unique 3D processing, engraved with the NSX logo, "Limited Edition," and the serial number. This limited special model will be available in a limited edition of 200 pieces starting Saturday, September 7, 2019.
