Tudor's latest chronographs, continuing their legacy in the world of racing.

TUDOR | Black Bay Chrono “Carbon 25”

TUDOR introduces the new "Black Bay Chrono “Carbon 25”". This special limited edition model is born as an homage to the motorsports the brand has been deeply involved with for many years.

A Tool Born from the Pursuit of 0.1-Second Precision

TUDOR's relationship with racing dates back to the 1960s. At that time, the company participated in the Japanese racing scene using the Porsche 906 racing car. In this world where accurately measuring the speed of the machine determined victory or defeat, it was TUDOR chronographs that adorned the wrists of the drivers.
And in 2025, TUDOR's passion remains unchanged, even as times evolve. As an official partner of the F1 team "Visa Cash App Racing Bulls", the company once again stands at the forefront of motorsports. Drivers Liam Lawson and Isack Hadjar are seen wearing TUDOR's latest creation, the "Black Bay Chrono “Carbon 25”".
The most distinctive feature of this model, as its name suggests, is the use of carbon fiber for the entire case. Designed to be even lighter than its stainless steel counterpart, the 42mm diameter case, with its refined proportions, offers a blend of robustness and sleekness.
Carbon fiber is also used for the bezel, which features a fixed tachymeter scale. The pushers are made of lightweight yet highly durable titanium, and the black PVD-coated case back is engraved with a serial number for each of the 2025 limited pieces.
The dial is a domed "Racing White". The contrast with the black sub-dials is striking, creating a highly legible design. The sub-dials are also made of carbon fiber, with details throughout that evoke a racing spirit. A small seconds sub-dial is positioned at 9 o'clock, and a 45-minute counter at 3 o'clock, enhancing its functionality as a chronograph.
The movement is the COSC-certified Manufacture Calibre MT5813. This highly accurate movement features a non-magnetic silicon balance spring and a power reserve of approximately 70 hours. Its column wheel and vertical clutch structure ensure smooth chronograph operation. Based on Breitling's B01 calibre, it is a product of technological collaboration between the two brands.
Furthermore, the details of the strap are also noteworthy. The end links securing the hybrid material strap incorporate carbon fiber, contributing to the overall lightness and improved wearability of the watch.
In terms of design, the watch incorporates the machine colors of the 2025 Visa Cash App Racing Bulls season, translating the aesthetics of modern F1 into a timepiece. The hour hand also inherits the "snowflake" hand, symbolic of TUDOR's dive watches introduced in 1969, faithfully expressing the tradition of the Black Bay series.
The "Black Bay Chrono “Carbon 25”" is a product that embodies the brand's spirit, a true "tool" for confirming the time, honed in the world of racing where every second counts. Above all, it can be called the very "soul" of TUDOR, ticking away the time for those who compete at the limits of speed.
