Two Striking Limited Editions in White and Black Ceramic

When Zenith first introduced the limited edition Defy 21 Chroma at LVMH Watch Week in 2022, its unexpected and bold use of color, born from a truly original concept, quickly captured attention.
Now, Zenith has reimagined this creative approach to craft two Defy 21 Chroma II models. Even within the realm of the world's most innovative high-frequency chronographs, they have succeeded in establishing a unique style through uninhibited color expression. The two limited editions, crafted from black and white ceramic, not only differ in material but also interpret the same color spectrum with distinct tones.
The black ceramic model features primary colors as its base tone, while the white ceramic model is accented with a brighter tone, emphasizing blues and pinks.
The ceramic case reflects a refracted rainbow that extends uniformly across the openworked dial, hands, and movement, creating a perfect gradient of color. The colors applied to the markers and the 1/100th of a second scale extend beyond the dial to the exterior of the case, and even the stitching on the rubber strap is designed to match the dial's color scheme.
The openworked dial reveals chronograph counters that match the case color, with a specially decorated movement gleaming beneath. The bridges, finished in different metallic colors and aligned with the dial markers' gradient, further enhance the exquisite beauty.
Furthermore, the case back features a transparent design, revealing the El Primero 9004 high-frequency automatic chronograph movement, which boasts exceptional performance and precision with its unique architecture, capable of measuring 1/100th of a second.
The white ceramic model is available in a limited edition of 500 pieces at Zenith boutiques worldwide, online boutiques, and select authorized Zenith retailers. The black ceramic model is also limited to 500 pieces and available at authorized Zenith retailers.
