Five New Models Featuring Mobile Link Technology Released for the High-Performance Metal Watch EDIFICE
Casio is releasing five new models of its high-performance metal watch EDIFICE, designed with the concept of “Speed and Intelligence.” The new ECB-10 series will be available on Friday, March 6, 2020.

New Features Developed to Meet the Needs of Racing Teams
The ECB-10, characterized by its octagonal bezel, was developed based on feedback from racing teams. It features a newly equipped, constantly connected smartphone link function, along with a schedule timer to help manage minute-by-minute schedules and automatic time zone correction for teams competing around the world.
The schedule timer function links with the smartphone's calendar app, displaying start and end times on the watch's LCD, and also provides an audible alert for these times. As long as the smartphone and watch are within two meters of each other, they remain linked, and any modifications made to the calendar app are reflected in the watch's notifications, allowing for flexible adaptation to sudden schedule changes. Furthermore, when traveling across time zones, the time zone is automatically corrected to local time without any button operation.
The face features an octagonal bezel, inspired by the tools used by professional technicians for racing car maintenance, and a design motif of four screws, creating a powerful, mechanical impression. The dial is adorned with horizontal lines, expressing the dynamism of a speeding racing car. This high-performance analog watch combines a sleek design that evokes the world of motorsport with practical functionality useful in business settings and during business trips.
