STOWA, a long-established German watch brand, has released the "Flieger Bronze Vintage," a new addition to its "Flieger" pilot watch series. This model is available at TiCTAC's directly managed online store or its Shibuya Parco and Ebisu Atre locations.

Founded in 1927 in Hornberg, in Germany's Black Forest region, STOWA is a historic watch brand that supplied pilot watches to the German Air Force during World War II. The brand went dormant in the 1970s due to the rise of quartz watches, but in 1996, Jörg Schauer, owner and designer of the German brand Schauer, acquired the rights. After eight years of research, STOWA was revived in 2004.

The "Flieger" is the brand's traditional pilot watch. The latest model, the "Flieger Bronze Vintage," features a vintage-inspired bronze case.

The luminous material on the hands and dial is a vintage-toned "Old Radium" Super-LumiNova®. The dial offers high legibility, typical of pilot watches, and the crown is designed for easy operation. The bronze case and hand-stitched calfskin strap add a rich character, complementing the functional beauty that is a hallmark of German watchmaking. Bronze develops a beautiful patina over time, offering a unique expression that changes with the wearer's lifestyle.
