From Swiss watch brand EDOX comes the Chronorally Extreme Pilot Limited Edition, a special limited model commemorating its partnership with the FIA World Rallycross Championship. Available from March 2020, it is limited to 555 pieces worldwide.

A Chronograph Perfectly Capturing the World of Racing Where Every Second Counts

EDOX, the timing partner for the World Rallycross Championship where machines and drivers unite to tackle challenging courses, has announced the Chronorally Extreme Pilot Limited Edition, a special limited model celebrating its partnership with the FIA World Rallycross Championship.

The 48mm titanium case houses the high-precision Swiss quartz chronograph movement, Caliber EDOX38. The large, iconic start/stop buttons at the 2 and 4 o'clock positions are designed for easy operation even with driving gloves on, allowing for precise lap time measurement. The color scheme, inspired by the instrument panels of racing cars, is based on green and yellow, with a carbon dial, tachymeter scale, chronograph seconds hand, retrograde day display, and big date window ensuring high legibility. Super-LumiNova® on the hands and indices allows for easy reading even in the dark.

Weighing just 130 grams and featuring a sapphire crystal with 10-bar water resistance, this timepiece is built to withstand the rigors of rallycross racing on asphalt, dirt, snow, and ice. Furthermore, elements such as a case back designed to resemble sports car wheels and tires, and a leather strap with yellow stitching, embody the form, function, and design inherited from motorsport DNA.
