Bamford Watch Department is the UK's official customizer, uniquely authorized within the LVMH Group to customize watches from ZENITH, TAG Heuer, and Bulgari. Orders for custom ZENITH models crafted by Bamford Watch Department are now being accepted at Principe Privé in Omotesando, Tokyo, and via their online store.

The watches available for order are official custom models based on three ZENITH lines: the "CHRONOMASTER EL PRIMERO," "HERITAGE 146 CHRONOMASTER," and "PILOT CHRONO TIPO CP-2." The black cases, for instance, feature a military-grade titanium coating (MGTC), blending proven craftsmanship with playful colorways that offer a unique appeal distinct from standard models.

Furthermore, full customization is available in-store. Beyond the choice of case and dial colors, detailed requests such as initial engraving on the dial and changes to the logo or chronometer colors can be accommodated.
