"Tsukuyomi": A Limited Edition of 120 Featuring Proprietary Technology

Since its debut in 2000, "Campanola" has grown as a watch brand for enjoying time, with a design concept of "the beauty of the cosmos" and proposing original designs with complex quartz movements. The new models feature the collection's smallest 36mm case.

The moon phase, indicating the lunar cycle of 29.5 days, features Venus's visage, an original Campanola design, offering a graphical sense of time's flow distinct from the movement of the hands. The dial expresses the moon's undulations through intricate electroforming and carved mother-of-pearl, with a small window of lustrously shimmering lacquer and mother-of-pearl at the 6 o'clock position.

The three models released capture different aspects of the moon and stars, distinguished by their evocative names. "Yuzuru," inspired by the waxing and waning of the moon from new to full, features a starry sky rendered in mother-of-pearl on jet-black lacquer. "Akiho" depicts a starry sky using blue lacquer reminiscent of lapis lazuli.

And "Tsukuyomi," named after the deity governing the night in the Kojiki, is a limited edition of 120 pieces. Combining a jet-black case finished with proprietary hardening technology, Duratect DLC, with a dial of black-dyed mother-of-pearl, black lacquer, and mother-of-pearl, it beautifully portrays the moon and stars floating in the night sky.
