Exhibition of Unique High Jewelry and Robust Classic Sports Watches
Chopard is holding an anniversary fair at its Ginza Main Store to commemorate its 150th anniversary. To mark the occasion, a precious collection of high jewelry and watches, embodying Chopard's DNA, will be brought to Japan.
On display will be pieces from the 150th anniversary "Animal World" collection,High JewelryEach piece, inspired by 150 different animals, showcases the rich expressions of these creatures, achievable only through Chopard's tradition and skilled craftsmanship. From the charming monkey jewelry and watch with its humorous expression in the photograph, to other gorgeous and fantastical creations, the collection is captivating. Chopard has long been committed to charitable activities as part of its "corporate social responsibility." This collection continues that commitment, with contributions to the WWF's "Global Tiger Initiative," reflecting the company's enduring love for the planet and its environment.
Also created to celebrate the 150th anniversary, alongside the jewelry, is the classic sports watch "Alfa Romeo Commemorative Watch Collection." This is a collaborative watch produced with Alfa Romeo, which also celebrates its 100th anniversary this year. This timepiece, too, speaks to Chopard's history of dedicating its passion to motorsports, particularly classic car racing, for decades. Chopard has been involved with the classic car race "Mille Miglia" as the official timekeeper, and this "Alfa Romeo Commemorative Watch Collection" pays homage to Alfa Romeo, which boasts the most victories (11 in total) in the Mille Miglia race. A special edition, limited to 500 pieces worldwide, is scheduled to be exhibited in Japan.
During the fair, these special pieces can be admired in the boutique's luxurious setting, and purchasers will receive a gift from Chopard. Chopard, which has continuously pursued progress in both jewelry and watchmaking, invites you to experience its 150-year journey.
