From CASIO's outdoor watch brand "PRO TREK" comes a special model, the "PRX-8025HT-1JR," celebrating the brand's 25th anniversary. Based on the pinnacle "MANASLU" model, it will be released in a limited edition of 200 units worldwide.

To commemorate its 25th anniversary, PRO TREK has released the limited edition "PRX-8025HT-1JR," based on the series' highest-end "MANASULU" model.

This model, supervised by Hirotaka Takeuchi – the first Japanese person to successfully summit all 14 eight-thousanders – takes inspiration from the "halo," a ring of light that appears around the sun or moon when thin clouds are present. The bezel features a perlage pattern, created by repeating small circles, evoking the delicate atmospheric optical phenomenon of the "halo" that shifts subtly with the viewing angle.

The bezel is crafted from 64 titanium, which is stronger and more scratch-resistant than standard titanium, and features a durable DLC coating. Combined with scratch-resistant sapphire glass for excellent visibility, this watch is built to withstand demanding mountaineering conditions.

The face design incorporates PRO TREK's first cut hands to capture the brilliance of the "halo." Paired with vapor-deposited bar indexes, this creates a dial exuding a radiant elegance. The titanium bracelet and case back bear engravings commemorating PRO TREK's 25th anniversary. Notably, the case back engraving utilizes newly developed high-precision coining for sharp edges, accented by star marks representing the 14 conquered peaks – a truly special finish. Presented in a substantial, dedicated package, it is a fitting memorial model for the brand's 25th milestone.
