From the Seiko Prospex "Street Series," which combines a sophisticated urban aesthetic with the performance of a genuine diver's watch, comes a limited edition model, the "Diver Scuba Street Series NEIGHBORHOOD Limited Edition," a collaboration with streetwear brand NEIGHBORHOOD. Limited to 1,000 units, sales began on Friday, January 15, 2021.

The Seiko Prospex "Street Series" is a collection inspired by fashion-forward cultures that adorn the street scene, based on the iconic 1975 model with an external protector that became synonymous with Seiko divers' watches, known for its high reliability and unique look. Launched overseas ahead of Japan in 2018, the series has released models with novel designs and colorways that redefine the traditional image of Seiko divers' watches.

From this series, a limited edition model, the "Diver Scuba Street Series NEIGHBORHOOD Limited Edition," a collaboration with streetwear brand NEIGHBORHOOD, has been released.

For this collaboration model, a compact three-hand calendar model, suitable for daily use, was chosen as the base, despite being a mechanical diver's watch. It retains the high specifications of a diver's watch, including 200-meter water resistance for saturation diving and a silicone strap that resists degradation from seawater and sweat.

The dial features ivory-colored Lumibrite (luminescent paint) designed to evoke the sun-faded indices of vintage watches. The combination of black and gray throughout creates a sophisticated, urban look that complements stylish city wear, with the red NEIGHBORHOOD logo at the 6 o'clock position serving as a striking accent.
