Furthermore, at its heart lies the innovative "Pulsomax®" escapement, which for the first time in a Patek Philippe movement operating at 28,800 vibrations/hour (4Hz), utilizes a proprietary silicone-based material "Silinvar®" not only for the balance spring but also for the escape wheel and pallet fork, eliminating the pallet jewels. This achieves groundbreaking performance, offering enhanced magnetic resistance and requiring no lubrication due to virtually no friction.

Additionally, the sapphire crystal glass, which curves in harmony with the elegantly curved case and is entirely free of distortion, is one of the hidden secrets behind its beauty.
