Introducing the First Titanium Case Model in the Marine Collection

The Marine collection embodies Breguet's heritage while integrating a sportier, contemporary sensibility and dynamic flair.

Unveiled at Baselworld 2018, the new Marine 5517, a symbol of a new generation, features updated details throughout: redesigned lugs, fluting on the case band, and a larger "B" initial on the crown. The date display is now positioned at 3 o'clock on the chapter ring, and the Roman numerals, indices, and Breguet hands are all luminescent. The seconds hand, adorned with a "B" initial redesigned to echo maritime signal flags, evokes the spirit of the sea.

Furthermore, the Marine collection now features titanium for the case, a first for the series. This choice is driven not only by titanium's lightness and exceptional robustness but also by its superior resistance to saltwater and corrosion.

The marine spirit infused in the new model extends to the case back, with the rotor inspired by a ship's helm.

Complemented by a black rubber strap, this timepiece fully captures the essence of the marine world.
