A Watch Capturing the Concept of the Astonishing Universe and the Brilliance of Stars

The new Big Bang model, the "Big Bang Unico Sapphire Galaxy," recreates the invisible matter present in the universe and the brilliance of countless stars twinkling in the galaxy. In this model, the mysterious colors of the galaxy are expressed using 48 baguette-cut precious stones.

From the youngest stars emitting a high-temperature blue glow to the oldest stars shining in red at lower temperatures, the light emitted by stars in the night sky is meticulously set into the bezel using a combination of amethyst, rose, orange, fuchsia, and blue sapphires, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship.

The sapphire crystal represents the optically unobservable "invisible matter" that exists in the universe. Two models, one with transparent sapphire crystal and another with smoked sapphire crystal reminiscent of the night sky, reflect the dual concept of "visible" and "invisible" using the case material.

Since 2016, HUBLOT has revolutionized the manufacturing and processing techniques for sapphire crystal, a material as hard and scratch-resistant as diamond, and has skillfully incorporated it into its collections. The entire movement can be admired through the transparent sapphire crystal case, and the column wheel can be viewed from the dial.

The "Big Bang Unico Sapphire Galaxy" will be released in two versions: a clear model and an all-black model, each limited to 50 pieces worldwide.
