A Chronograph Inspired by Zeppelin Airships

Zeppelin is a watch brand well-known in Germany, evidenced by the "Zeppelin 100 Years Zeppelin" model, which cleared German precision standards in February 2015, earning second place in a reader poll by the German watch magazine "Uhren Magazin." With a product concept rooted in the world of German airships, Zeppelin has introduced a chronograph bearing the same model name, "LZ 127," as the Zeppelin airship.

Equipped with a Tachymeter for Measuring Low Speeds

A mechanical chronograph has arrived in the collection named after Count Zeppelin's airship, the "LZ127 Graf Zeppelin." It features a functional dial layout with three sub-dials, powered by the Cal. NE88 movement, based on the Cal. 7753. The model exudes a classic ambiance befitting its airship concept, with a slim bezel and cylindrical case.

The tachymeter scale on the outer edge of the dial is displayed in white and red. The white indicates high speeds, while the red scale measures speeds in the low range of 30 to 60 km/h. This is a retro and chic chronograph, also serving as an excellent entry-level mechanical watch.
